Early morning:
o 8 - 12 ounces of spring water
Breakfast:
o 1 whole egg along with 3 egg whites and / or 4 - 6 ounce of broiled salmon
o Half cup cooked oat meal (not instant)
o 4 oz. cantaloupe or 1/4 cup of fresh berries
o At least 8 - 12 ounces of spring water (You may have more water if you feel like.)
Lunch:
o 4 - 6 ounces of grilled salmon or the tuna packed in the spring water
o 2 cups of romaine lettuce
o 1 table spoon of extra virgin olive oil & freshly squeezed lemon juice
o 4 oz. cantaloupe or 1/4 cup of fresh berries
o At least 8 - 12 ounces of spring water (You may have more water if you feel like.)
